What costs what behind the scenes
Each AI essay mark costs about 1p of Anthropic API spend; a full paper costs around 3–6p. We size the free allowance and paid tiers to keep the service sustainable while keeping it cheap for students.

When do paid plans launch?
We're polishing the AI marker with our first revision-season users now. Drop your email above and you'll get notified the day they're live — almost certainly before exams kick off.
Can I get a refund?
UK consumer law gives you 14 days from purchase to request a refund on digital content, as long as you haven't already used the paid features. Full details on the terms page.
How do I cancel the subscription?
One click from your account page, or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancels at the end of your current billing month — no further charges.
What's in the free tier — really?
The whole revision app: 110 studies, 170+ essay questions, 126 MCQs, mock papers, spaced repetition, missed-list retry, self-marking. The only thing the paid tier adds is unlimited AI marking. You can do meaningful revision without ever upgrading.
Will my school have access?
Not yet — current focus is individual student accounts. Teacher / classroom pricing may come later.
Why so cheap?
It's a personal project, costs are low, and the goal is for it to be affordable to a student. The pricing covers running costs (API + hosting) with a small margin.
